Mima is a reminder of all our grandmothers and mothers
who taught and cooked for us as we grew. Mima was what we called
our grandmothers and it is how we present our new endeavor to you,
a restaurant that remembers the classics in a new and modern world.

Environment
Set in the picturesque Irvington-on-Hudson, Mima is a beautiful
75-seat restaurant and wine bar. Surrounded by original brick
walls, lined with wine bottles, the restaurant is set with rustic
Tuscan wood tables and intimate flickering candles; a warm
restaurant combining the two best things of Mama's kitchen,
food and wine.
