Mima's rainforest accented marble bar will be primarily focused on
wine. A sixty bottle, all-Italian list that features fifteen wines by the
glass from nearly every region of Italy. Each wine is carefully picked
by the somigliere and two wine directors before reaching Mima's bar.
The list is guaranteed to tickle everyone’s fancy as well as to widen
your awareness of Italian wine.
